Edward Pellew, a Capt. in the Life Guards. b. 1793 d. 6 Oct. 1819. Only son of Admiral Sir Israel Pellew, K.C.B., and his wife Mary Gilmore, dau. of George Gilmore, Esq., of Ireland. Killed at Paris, 6 Oct. 1819, in a duel, by Lieut. Theophilus Walsh, of the same regiment. Buried at Le Cimetière du Père Lachaise, Paris, 9 Oct. 1819.
